45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be confident in the Nature’s Way product you’ve selected for your wellness routine.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Nature’s Way product you purchased for personal use from one of our authorized sellers, we want to make it right. You can request a refund or replacement product within 45 days of purchase, as long as your product came from a Nature’s Way authorized seller within the United States.


How to Submit Your Claim

If you are dissatisfied with a Nature’s Way product for any reason and are unable to obtain a refund from the authorized seller from which you purchased your product, please call one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-962-8873.

Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. Upon approval of your request, you will then need to mail your Nature’s Way product, a proof of purchase (such as your receipt), and your Guarantee approval confirmation number to:

Your Guarantee request must be submitted within 45 days of the date of purchase, and you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase. All refunds issued will be for the product purchase price, exclusive of taxes and fees. If you select a replacement product instead of a refund, you may select a product of equal or lesser value.

Our 45-day guarantee only applies to products sold by authorized sellers of Nature’s Way products. This is because we’re unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers.
