A Wellness Entrepreneur Reflects on Her Year of Hustle
I’m looking at 2022 thinking, “Where did 2021 go?!” This past year has been a whirlwind, but I always love to reflect on what I’m proud of and what I can improve upon in the coming year.
This year was a year of hustle for me; creating growth in my wellness company has been the most rewarding and most challenging experience but I wouldn’t change any part of it. When it came to my personal wellness, halfway through the year I knew that I needed to be giving back to myself more than I was. As much as I thrive in a busy setting, it’s been a goal of mine to learn how to slow down – something that is easier said than done.
As I slow down, I also want to give back to my body, which is constantly in overdrive teaching multiple classes a day. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to partner with Nature’s Way® to create a sustainable supplement routine for myself. We had a discussion surrounding my wellness goals and added in different supplements every month based on my goals.
After trying over a dozen different supplements, I found that the following have become essentials in my routine.
This is hands down, 10000% my favorite. It has been a staple that I keep in my bag, though I usually take it before bed.
Improving my sleep was a priority for 2021. I shared this with the Nature’s Way team and my sleep has improved immensely.* I used to wake up at 4:30 AM and my sleep patterns were all over the place. Now my job allows me to wake up after the sun comes up, but I can rely on these gummies for more restful sleep.*
Has immune health ever been more of a hot topic? I always tried to support my immune health, but it wasn’t at the top of my list as a priority until this year.* I loved adding Vitamin D3 Max into my routine.*
A green water is all that feels normal to me now. I cannot say enough good things about this! Most people ask, “What does it taste like?” Other than the subtle minty flavor, it doesn’t taste like anything and it’s so easy to add to my routine.
Lastly, magnesium has been such an incredible addition, especially for recovery on my rest days).*
As I look forward to the new year, I am excited to have a supplement routine that supports my busy schedule and feels manageable. On top of staying consistent with my supplement routine, here are a few more of my wellness goals:
- Create less hustle of a hustle mentality.
- Only say yes if it’s in perfect alignment and say no if it doesn’t serve me.
- Prioritize fun and release any of the “shoulds” in my vocabulary.
I’m so grateful to have Nature’s Way by my side as I enter 2022.
