I see some of your powders and liquids say they can be added to food. Do you have any suggestions?

We have many great products that can be added to food, including oils and powders. Coconut Oil is a staple for baking and cooking. Use it for sauteing or in your next batch of banana bread. MCT Oil, on the other hand, is great for adding smoothies and salad dressings. It’s flavorless and odorless so mixes well with a variety of foods. Any salad dressing you make doesn’t need to be used solely for salads. Think about it when you’re making pasta salads too! It makes a fantastic marinade for pasta salads and wraps. You can use dressings in so many different things and get the health benefits of your favorite oil at the same time.
One of my favorite powders is our Fortify™ Daily Prebiotic Fiber. It’s a delicious raspberry lemonade flavor. It mixes well with smoothies, juices, applesauce, and yogurt. But there is one rule to follow when it comes to probiotic and prebiotic powders: don’t put them in anything hot because that can potentially kill the bacteria.
